Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some types of products are exempt from returns. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, dangerous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Some health and personal care articles
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, video cassettes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you still haven't received your refund, please double check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Finally, contact your bank, as it may take some time for the refund process to complete. Promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Substitutions (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange the product for the same item, please email us at arcadelegends79 @gmail .com and ship your item to: Contrada Giunchi, 57A, Marsala, TP, 91025, Italy.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver chose to have the order shipped to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and notify them of your return.
Shipping
To return the product, you must ship the item to: Contrada Giunchi, 57A, Marsala, TP, 91025, Italy.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
